To start the process you will first need to visit our retirement village in Stepps and select one of our modern and immaculately presented properties. All of our park homes for sale are ready to move into and can be purchased complete with all of the soft furnishings and decorations.

Our friendly team of experienced staff will help you choose the right luxury park home for you and give you a tour of Red Deer Village. You can then meet with one of our Directors who can give you full details of our part-exchange programme and arrange to visit your home on a date and time that is best for you.

Following the viewing you will need to arrange a Home Report by an independent chartered surveyor if you are advised that we would like to purchase your home. This will help us to accurately value your property.

If the retirement park home you would like to purchase is less expensive than the value of your home, we will pay you the difference*. Alternatively, if the value of your property is less than the park home you have selected at Red Deer Village, you will be required to pay the difference.
