Phase 2 and 3 Development

There have been plenty of changes at Red Deer Village over the past two years. During this time our development team have brought a whole new area of the park to life, allowing new residents to be introduced to the park home living concept. So what’s the difference? Apart from increasing from 91 to a total of 109 residents! Take a look below to see before and after photos of the work that’s taken place so far. We also share what’s coming next.
Phase 2 Development
Phase 2 began with the creation of Cedar Crescent – a collection of 2 bedroom bespoke park homes. When we first started, there was just a grass field. Now, Cedar Crescent is home to 15 beautiful residential properties, including our Stately – Albion Chatsworth Gold, Tredegar Elite and Goodwood. It also has woodland habitat, as pledged in our David Bellamy Conservation Scheme. Take a look below to see all the progress that has been made!
Weeds and materials, now replaced with the beautiful Chatsworth Gold and manicured hard landscaping.
As of 2021, this spot now features the much more appealing Stately – Albion Goodwood.
This last picture shows a wider view of the Cedar Crescent area pre development, alongside a nearly completed view, taken by resident, Marie Kerr.
Phase 3 Development
If you’ve been following Red Deer Village for a while, you’ll know that Phase 3 is home to some of the biggest homes on the park. This includes exclusive styles such as the Kensington, Pembroke and Wentwood along Deer Ridge Drive. So it was only right that it was time to turn back to Phase 3 to finish Deer Ridge Drive and make a start on Maple Crescent.
The final additions to Deer Ridge Drive are numbers 23 (coming soon) 1, 3 and 5, as well as a brand new tarmac road, which is an infinite improvement. Below is a before and after picture of the new road, plus you can see how 1, 3 and 5 Deer Ridge Drive look now!
Details of 3 Deer Ridge Drive will be coming to our New Park Homes page very soon…
What’s Next for Red Deer Village?
Maple Crescent is now underway, to be followed by the final element of Village Drive, which will finish our phase 3 development for good. Next, we’ll begin removing areas of our holiday park to make room for phases 4 and 5. We can’t wait to show you what comes next!
New Equipment Along the Way…
To help us with the next part of our development journey, we have traded in our old Kubota for 2 Kawasaki Mules. These machines are ideal for transporting heavy loads around the park. They’re certainly green-er! Check out gardener, George, and head of maintenance, Carl, happily modelling the new equipment.
If you’d like to find out more about some of the homes we’ve mentioned for sale or a specific address has caught your eye, please contact us and we’d be happy to give you more information or arrange a tour.
