Leah Louise Hendry
Administrative Assistant
Leah Louise is the daughter of Director, John Hendry and has worked at Red Deer for 10 years. She has worked full time since finishing school and has completed her BH&HPA Tourism Park Management Foundation degree.
Elizabeth Hendry
Receptionist
Elizabeth has worked at Red Deer Village since the summer of 2018. She is the daughter of park Director, John Hendry, and has undertaken the role of receptionist. Elizabeth enjoys greeting residents and learning new skills.
Veronica Sproul
Office Manager
Veronica’s role involves ensuring the smooth running of the holiday park and retirement village. She is responsible for a range of tasks, from giving tours to potential homeowners to assisting residents with their queries. Despite being a newer member, she has quickly become an integral part of the team.
Maintenance team
John Rodden
Head Gardener
John is the head gardener at Red Deer Village and responsible for designing and overseeing the communal and residential grounds. He has worked at Red Deer for over 7 years and is working hard to expand the park and is excited to see it mature.
George Girdwood
Gardener
George Girdwood started working at Red Deer Village as a gardener in 2019. He keeps the grounds and gardens to a very high standard and enjoys seeing the before and after effects of his work.
Daniel Penev
Site Supervisor
Daniel Penev started working at Red Deer Village as a labourer. Over the years that followed he has progressed to the position of Site Supervisor and achieved a number of industry qualifications. Most recently, he was awarded the prestigious BH&HPA Service Award.
Ian Hendry
Registered Approved Gold Shield Repairer
Ian, son of director John Hendry, has moved up the ladder since starting with Red Deer Village in 2018. From working within the family business full time, he has now been registered as an approved Gold Shield Warranty Scheme repairer, offering him a new aspect of the industry.

Liam Hendry
Receptionist/Maintenance
Liam started working at Red Deer Village just after the summer of 2019, and is the son of park director, Ivan Hendry. He is learning new skills in both the reception and maintenance areas and aims to expand his knowledge of holiday and residential parks. He is currently the right hand man to our head of maintenance!
Peter Thomson
Park Maintenance and Gardening Team
Peter is an essential part of the Red Deer team, working hard to ensure that the park is well-maintained and clean. His contribution is not limited to maintenance and repairs for the residential village and holiday park, but also extends to helping in other areas whenever necessary.
