Can Anyone Live in a Retirement Property?

Unfortunately not. You can only buy and live in a residential property at Red Deer Village if you are over 50. You do not have to be retired – many of our residents are semi retired or continue to work, but you do need to meet the minimum age requirement.

This means that if you sell your park home or pass it on in your will, the new owner must also be over 50 years old to live in the property.
