Our Vision

Our vision is to connect like-minded and young at heart individuals in a safe and secure community. We aim to present the opportunity to downsize and free up equity, but never to downgrade on quality, when moving into one of our high standard park homes. Every resident is unique, as is every park home at Red Deer Village; no two homes are designed the same, distinguishing us from other residential parks. Our vision is that we can make our residents’ lives easier and allow them the chance to become more socially active, through excellent customer service, our courtesy shuttle bus and residents’ hub.

Our Values

Quality

The standard of our park is extremely important to us at Red Deer Village, from the quality of our homes and other materials, to the service we provide and the aesthetic nature of our park. We are incredibly selective with the park home manufacturers we use within the village, ensuring their standards are in line with ours, to produce the desired results for all residents. From the individually designed Marshalls sandstone paving slabs outside each home, to the park’s water feature and ponds, pride is taken to never diminish on quality. The expectation on our employees is to represent the company at all times, providing a high quality service in a polite and friendly manner.

The Environment

Red Deer Village staff and management value the park’s biodiversity and endeavour to create and maintain habitats for all creatures. As part of the BH&HPA David Bellamy Blooming Marvellous Pledge for Nature, we are continually looking for ways to improve on existing habitats. Employees, residents and guests are encouraged to participate in the scheme, as the environment and its’ creatures are very close to our hearts. As well as this, employees are encouraged to save energy wherever possible. This starts with turning off lights or equipment not in use, amongst many other things. Furthermore, we always aim to use local suppliers to reduce our energy usage and carbon footprint.

Team work

At Red Deer Village, we set high expectations on our team to display a positive, helpful and friendly attitude. Working as a team, we ensure standards don’t slip and support each other within our respective roles. Hard work, passion and effort from the team on a daily basis does not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated from the park owners.

Achieving goals

The team strive to achieve day to day obligations, as well as longer term goals. This helps us succeed in our mission to provide a friendly, trustworthy community with helpful staff for the over 50s, and create a tranquil setting and peace of mind for our residents in their new park homes. Whether the objective is to achieve sales, complete development areas, achieve energy efficiency or provide a friendly and happy environment, we promise never to compromise on integrity and always remain committed.

Corporate social responsibility and Community

Promoting local events in the immediate and surrounding areas of Glasgow is important to all at Red Deer Village. We host our own charity events for our residents and the local community. This helps to build a social and supportive system within the village, whilst encouraging everyone to get involved in helping others who are less fortunate. There are charity donation boxes within the hub, where residents and guests can donate an amount of their choosing to the charities they hold dear.
