They arrive fully furnished and ready to move into, featuring state of the art appliances and luxury interiors. We believe that no two parks homes should be the same, so our on site interior designer, Ashleigh, works hard to put her unique stamp on each new property we receive.

Ashleigh has worked at Red Deer Village for more than 15 years and worked hard to hone her interior design skills during this time. She has a keen eye for detail and works alongside our leading park home suppliers to choose every aspect of the design, including carpets, tiles and fittings. Once the homes arrive at Red Deer, she sources soft furnishings and decorations that reflect Scotlands unique heritage. Ashleigh has an excellent working relationship with a number of Scottish mills, including the exclusive and luxury brand Voyage. Voyage place great emphasis on quality craftsmanship and manufacture fabric in a range of beautiful colours and patterns, enabling Ashleigh to create stunning designs that mix classic and contemporary.

Design your dream park home

Whilst our turn key homes help take some of the stress out of moving, we understand that some residents may want to play a part in the design process. All of our luxurious park homes are available to purchase with or without the contents, enabling perspective buyers to have as much or as little involvement as they choose. Ashleigh can work alongside buyers with specific tastes and requirements to choose soft furnishings, furniture and decorations. She can also liaise with manufacturers to create bespoke park homes that meet a buyers individual requirements.

If you require amendments to be made to aid your access to the property we can commission raised patio areas and custom-made railings to ensure your home meets specifications. It is also possible to order a bespoke park home with lowered sideboards, bigger shower, ramp rather than stair access and wider doorways.
