What is included in the monthly service fee?

The service fee includes:

  • Maintenance and landscaping of communal areas and gardens
  • Maintenance of CCTV cameras and security gates at the park’s entrance
  • Running of the Residents Hub
  • Social events and activities held within the Residents Hub and the provision of food and drink at events
  • Running of the courtesy shuttle bus, which includes weekly trips and monthly outings
  • Maintenance of roads and pathways
  • Street lighting
  • Maintenance of firefighting equipment

The annual pitch fee is reviewed on 1st April every year and rises in line with inflation. There are a number of industry rules and standards that govern services charges, which prevents park owners from raising prices without good reason. Site fees will only be increased following significant investment in the park. Residents will always be consulted on such improvement programmes.
