Can I build a patio or decking?

No, unfortunately we do not allow residents to carry out structural changes to residential park homes and plots. This means that the building of patios, decking and sheds is not permitted.

Some plots do come with a patio area. We suggest talking this through with the Red Deer management team prior to purchase.
