Do park homes come with a garden?

Most of the residential park homes at Red Deer Village come with a small landscaped area at the front of the property. These typically comprise of coloured stones with a selection of low maintenance plants dotted through.

If you are a keen gardener and would prefer that your plot isn’t hard landscaped, you should let us know at the time of ordering.

Maintaining the garden is the owners responsibility, although it is possible to arrange for one of our groundsman to tend to the garden on your behalf (additional fees apply).

We take great pride in our grounds and there are lots of landscaped areas around the park, including a small pond and water feature.
