Do residential park homes come with a warranty? 

Our residential park homes come with a 10 year Gold Shield Warranty Scheme on the structure of the home. The first 2 years are with the manufacturer and the next 8 years fall under the Scheme. There is also the 10 year Platinum Warranty Scheme –  different manufacturers use the different schemes. The roof tiles have a 40 year warranty. All white goods are the manufacturers warranty.
