How do I buy a residential park home at Red Deer Village?

Once you’ve chosen your park home or plot we require you to secure it with a £1,000 deposit. There is a 5-day cooling off period.

After 28 days 10% of the balance is due – this holds for 6 months (unless there are circumstances out of your control that are agreed by Red Deer Management). The final balance is due just before move in.
