What does the pitch fee include?

We take great pride in our residential village and want to ensure it is a well-kept and enjoyable place to live. To achieve this end, Red Deer Village residents are required to pay a monthly pitch fee towards the maintenance of communal areas and facilities. This enables our team to tend to plants and flowers and ensure that our roads, lights, water features, CCTV and entrance gate remain in good working order.

The pitch fee also covers running hub activities and events. Unless there is a fee for a particular person (i.e. a yoga instructor or along these lines) activities are covered under pitch fee. Residents are encouraged to use the hub to socialise with friends and neighbours. There is free use of tea and coffee machine facilities, we just ask for a charity donation.

Use of our courtesy shuttle bus is also included in the monthly pitch fee. The shuttle bus takes residents shopping twice a week and a monthly outing to destination of choice.
