What happens if I become unable to look after myself or partner?

If you or your partner becomes unwell, you can arrange care services (typically supplied by the Council) to your park home in the same way you would with any other bricks & mortar property. If you can no longer reside in the property, then you can put it on the open market to sell it, or you can gift it to a relative. If they meet the age restriction RDV 50+, then they can take up occupation under the same agreement.
