The Omar Anniversary retirement park home boasts vaulted ceilings in the lounge, kitchen, dining area and even sunroom! The sunroom is a very unique touch, with feature full height glazing and French doors. The large lounge is separated from the kitchen and dining area with glass panel bi-fold doors. The living room centres around a floor standing Limere natural oak fireplace with soft white painted finish. A Bulldog style 3 piece suite features light oak feet, tying in with a matching coffee table and sideboard.  A 9 bulb chrome ceiling light also stands out.

The fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances is a traditional feel. It hosts cream Cairo cupboard doors, a mixed tile splash back, and appliances such as fridge/freezer, stainless steel electric oven, dishwasher, 5 burner gas hob, stainless steel extractor fan and washing machine. A lacquer top Coelo extending dining table is surrounded by 4 matching chairs. The kitchen leads through to the sun room, with cream voil curtains and that fantastic nature reserve view. Furniture includes a Bulldog style 2 seater sofa, patterned tub chair and lamp table.

This retirement park home’s master bedroom is very spacious, with lots of storage throughout. A corner tub chair ties in with the curtains and bedding. The Omar Anniversary features white downlights in the roof outside. The home is pure white, with Barnwood Canexel at boxed out windows. A charcoal grey roof matches an exterior storage building with power inside. All of our retirement properties have individually designed steps using Marshalls tumbled walling and natural sandstone paving slabs.
