4 Parker Oak silver grey square back dining chairs surround a light oak extending dining table. A Turin light oak sideboard adds something extra to the dining room. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining area add plenty of natural light to the space, giving it a very pleasant and airy feel.
The kitchen cupboards and drawers are matt white in the Belfast style, with chrome bow handles. Brampton vinyl features in kitchen and utility room. Worktops are Axiom Shadow oak. An area of wall tiles feature in light grey. The kitchen features a Davida chrome 4 light bar, mixer tap and stainless steel sink. The Omar Colorado holds a stainless steel 4 burner gas hob, electric oven, integrated extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Walk through to the utility room, where you’ll find an integrated washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1 is adorned in silver and teal, with stone carpet. The Matt Belfast style cupboards continue in this bedroom, this time in colour teal, with chrome handles. A white framed mirror and bevelled edge mirror decorate the walls. A dressing table completes the room, with a Coelo white stool to match. Bedroom 1 leads into a shower en-suite with feature wall tiling. Bedroom 2 is decorated in similar colours, with a double bed and fitted wardrobes.
The Omar Colorado features a study, continuing in the teal theme. Complete with shelving, cupboards, black leather effect office chair and a Roman blind.
Finally, this residential park home for sale in Stepps is host to a main bathroom complete with bath. Matt Belfast units are in teal, with light grey wall tiling above the sink. Brampton vinyl appears in the main bathroom and en-suite.
EXTERNAL LANDSCAPING
The Omar Colorado is pure white, with grey window frames and an anthracite grey glazed entrance door. A charcoal grey roof matches the grey accents, and ties in with a matching outdoor storage building with power inside. The Omar Colorado is the first of Scotland’s Red Deer Village retirement park homes to be hard landscaped using resin. This is completed in grey, to march the beautiful exterior colour scheme.
