On 29 November, Alistair the bus driver took our Red Deer Village residents to Edinburgh in our courtesy minibus. They could wander around Edinburgh’s fantastic Christmas markets, and enjoy some Christmas shopping. As this was the last minibus trip of the year, the residents wanted to enjoy something different. The minibus had never yet been to Edinburgh before on a trip. The minibus was completely full, and there was even a waiting list for the trip! We hope all of our residents had a fantastic day.

As Alistair has some annual leave to take, the bus will only be running on the mornings of the 7th, 13th and 20th December, instead of all day. Alistair’s last day will be Friday 21st December, and he will return on 10th January 2019. Therefore the bus will not be running during this holiday time. However, we are sure you will all be too busy with Christmas preparations anyway! We hope to see our residents using the weekly bus service right up until the 21st in order to get their Christmas dinner ingredients!
