Omar Residential Park Homes

Omar Park Homes was originally established in 1965 by David Pleszko. The business has grown from modest beginnings, and now, Omar Group covers six separate businesses. These are Omar Park & Leisure Homes, Wessex Unique Lodges & Park Homes, Regal Leisure Homes, UK Sundecks, Omar Refurbishment Services and Omar Park Development Services. Omar are the country’s leading designer and manufacturer to the parks industry and have four regional operating hubs in the UK. The hub for the North and Scotland is located in Hull. It offers a show ground, specification rooms and manufacturing facilities for residential park homes.

Omar have been building residential park homes to British Standard 3632 for over 50 years. They know what it takes to ensure every aspect of your park home is perfect, from high quality fittings and appliance to modern interior design. Omar constructs their park homes to be as low maintenance as possible. They only use the best materials, to ensure the calibre and longevity of their designs.

With Red Deer Village only around halfway through development and plans to grow to 183 park homes, we felt it was time to take things in a slightly different direction. We look to bring diversity with every home that reaches the park, so how better to do so than to mix up suppliers for a change? We are delighted to welcome our first Omar residential park homes to our over 50’s retirement village in Glasgow. We are due to take delivery of the Regency and Image models in November 2022.

Red Deer Village Director, John Hendry, said:

“We are very excited to be back working with Omar. We started our journey with them back in 1983, when our parents put one of their new homes on our first development in Cambridgeshire. Since then, they  ave gone from strength to strength and are now the most successful manufacturers in the UK. We have worked with them on numerous other projects over the almost four decades in-between.

“It’s a thrilling new chapter for us at Red Deer. We’re between phases 3 and 4 of development. With all homes except 2 on the park currently Stately-Albion, we thought it was time to try something new. We’re really excited to see how the new phase will look. We like to bring new ideas into our park design regularly, which is easy to see from walking around, in terms of our models, interiors and landscaping. We’re really looking forward to working alongside Omar to take the village in a slightly new direction. It’s an aim of ours to continue ensuring the park’s diverse feel remains present.”

“It’s great news that Omar will be suppling Red Deer Village with a range of their new homes. We’ll be introducing models such as the Image, Regency and Middleton. There will also be some of the more Iconic favourites such as the Colorado and Heritage.

Bespoke Park Homes

Similar with out bespoke park home service with Stately-Albion, if there is an Omar model you have seen before that we do not have at the park, you can order it directly to your specification. This could include designing kitchen, bathrooms, layout, colours or installing additional accessibility features. We try and make the process as easy and seamless as possible.
