The Part exchange process is very easy, all you need to do is:

• Visit the Park – select one of our modern ready to move into park homes
• Come to the office and speak to one of our Directors
• Advise you are interested in Part exchange
• One of our Directors will arrange a suitable date and time to visit your home.
• If we are interested in your home, we will ask you to get a Home report carried out – to get the true value of your property
• If the home you are interested in is less value than the property you own – we would pay you the difference (terms and conditions may apply)
• If the home you are interested in is more expensive than the property you own – you would pay the difference
• The whole process takes approx 6 weeks from start to finish moving from your home into one of ours.
